Registered Dental Hygienist Career Opportunity

Pay Range: $48-$60/hr

Job Type: Full-time, 8 hour shifts

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Evaluate gingival health and health of all oral tissue

Classify patient’s periodontal condition

Scale, polish and apply fluoride

Root planning and use of ultrasonic instrumentation

Educate patients regarding the importance of oral hygiene, as well as instruct and demonstrate effective oral hygiene methods

Update and maintaining patient dental records

Requirements for This Position:

Associate degree from an accredited dental hygiene program

Hygiene license from the state of Virginia

X-ray & Local Anesthetic certification

The ability to co-discover findings using technology, and present these to the patient and educate them on what to see and what it could mean

CPR certificate
