Exciting news. Kelly Dentistry had joined with Dr. LaViola.

I would just like to take this time to introduce myself. Firstly, my name is Dr. Jamie LaViola. I grew up in south Florida and have been practicing dentistry for over 15 years. I have a love for basketball and when I’m not seeing patients, I love to spend my free time enjoying the outdoors and being a dad to my 10 year old son. My interest in dentistry developed early on due to my father being a dentist. After graduating with my Bachelors of Science from Florida Atlantic University, I decided to pursue dentistry at the Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine.

Upon becoming a Doctor of Dental Medicine, I started working with my father at his practice. In 2009, I completed a three year residency for specialization in oral implantology. Since then, I have worked in multiple offices in Virginia before finally settling down at Dental Masters of Alexandria and expanding my practice to McLean. Since I love education and learning, I have continued my studies at the Kois Center, in Seattle, where I have since become a mentor for other dentists. Through the Kois Center, as well as many other institutions, I have obtained valuable tools to help me in this field; including techniques and licensure to perform IV conscious sedation and all aspects of surgical implant management. I have also taught courses and worked on patients on 3 different continents!

As a dentist, I believe my job is not only to fix teeth, but rather to change people’s lives. Our motto at Dental Masters is “changing lives one smile at a time.” Not only do I consider the best way to achieve excellent results, but also an excellent experience with an emphasis on overall patient health.

Now, not only will you and your family’s restorative dental needs be addressed at this practice, but also other problems such as TMJ, worn teeth, alignment, and surgical implant placement and management!

This includes gum grafting, bone growth, and sinus management. Since these procedures can sometimes be difficult for some patients, we will also be able to offer you sedation options to help with dental anxiety. We will offer options from nitrous oxide, to conscious sedation, to deep sedation with a board certified anesthesiologist. If you have any more questions about who I am as a dentist, you can view my website at DrlaViola.com.

I look forward to meeting all of you and being able to change your lives for the better!

Best,

Jamie J. LaViola, DMD
